When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the 2nd respondent would submit that the gate put up by the 6th respondent had already been removed. In such being the case, no further order is required in this writ petition as the request of the petitioner has been considered already and the gate has been removed. 4 In view of the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
