The prayer in the petition reads thus:- “1) Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction to quash and set aside the recruitment of the President's Body Guard which was conducted on 04.09.2017 at President's Body Guard House, New Delhi and; 2) Issue an appropriate writ; order or direction in the nature of mandamus restraining the respondent from conducting future recruitment of President's Body Guard and further directions to declare the selection process of President's Body Guard as unconstitutional This is a digitally signed order. In our opinion, the cause cited in the present petition no more survives, as the same stands extinguished in view of subsequent developments. Apart from above, the other issues which are sought to be canvassed in the present petition are also being considered by this Court in W.P. (C) No.11364/2022 titled as Suraj And Ors Vs. Union of India & Ors. 5. In that view of the matter, the present writ petition no longer survives and stands disposed of accordingly. 6.
