1. In continuation of the last order, learned counsel for parties submit that the evidence before the learned Family Court is yet to commence, as it has not commenced therein as on date. 2. Despite the affidavit of the witnesses being filed way back in the year 2019 and then recently of her SPA holder in 2006, considering the present petition arises out of the matrimonial dispute inter se the petitioner no.2 and respondent, wherein their child/ petitioner no.1 is also involved, as also in view of the factual matrix involved along with the present position of the proceedings before the learned family Court, the present petition is disposed of with a request to the learned Family Court to endeavour for concluding the proceedings under Section 125 of the Code This is a digitally signed order. of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (CrPC) on or before 31.05.2027. 3. Needless to say, the parties shall, not be allowed to take unnecessary adjournments, and instead make all sincere efforts to conclude the respective evidence(s) of all their witnesses in the aforesaid period, as also address the final arguments on or well before the said date. 4. As such, until the disposal of the proceedings under Section 125 of the CrPC before the learned Family Court, the parties shall continue to pay the fixed maintenance in terms of the impugned order dated 28.10.2017. 5. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 6. A copy of this order be sent to the concerned Family Court, Tis Hazari Courts ceased of the matter for information and compliance.
