1. The present Contempt Petition [―present Petition‖] has been filed under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India, alleging willful violation and disobedience of the Order dated 24.10.2017 passed in W.P.(C) No. 7981 of 2014.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner, after advancing submissions for a considerable period of time, submits that he does not wish to press the present Petition and seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the same, with liberty to avail of such remedies as may be available to him in accordance with law.
