The present Petitions have been filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, 1950 seeking certain reliefs. 2. Admittedly, the issues sought to be raised in the present Petitions have already been comprehensively dealt with and adjudicated upon by the Hon’ble Division Bench of this Court in W.P.(C) 7486/2021 and connected matters, titled Inspector Min Gajendra Kumar v. Union of India & Ors. and connected matters [2025 : DHC : 5076 - DB]. In terms of the said Judgment, the Petitioners therein, who were stated to be similarly situated as the Petitioners herein, were granted liberty to move appropriate Applications before the Competent Authority in accordance with law and the applicable rules. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondents fairly submits that, since the aforesaid Judgment of the Hon’ble Division Bench operates in rem, the Petitioners herein, being similarly situated, would also be at liberty to prefer appropriate representations before the Competent Authority, as directed by the Hon’ble Division Bench in Inspector Min Gajendra Kumar (supra). 4.
