By way of this petition, the petitioner seeks to challenge the order dated 28.10.2017 passed by the Trial Court, whereby, interim maintenance was directed against the petitioner and in favour of the private respondent. 2. The Court vide its first order dated 13.07.2018 has passed the following order: “Learned counsel for petitioner submits that respondent no.1 is also working and getting salary of ₹80,000/- per month. Interim maintenance of ₹20,000/- per month has been awarded to the respondent no.1 for maintenance of minor child, which is on higher side. Notice. Learned APP accepts notice for respondent no.2. On petitioner taking steps, notice be issued to the respondent no. 1 through ordinary process, This is a digitally signed order. All rights and contentions of the parties are left open. 7. Till main matter is decided by the Trial Court, the petitioner shall be complying with the interim order. The same, however, shall be without prejudice to the rights and contentions, which otherwise, the parties are entitled in law to raise before the concerned Court. 8. The petition stands disposed of.
