By way of the present petition, the petitioner seeks setting aside of the impugned order dated 08.02.2018, passed by the learned ASJ-02, (South-West), Dwarka Courts whereby the charges have been framed in FIR No. 308/2016 dated 16.04.2016 registered at PS.: Bindapur, Delhi, under Sections 306/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has apprised this Court that as many as fifteen witnesses out of total of nineteen witnesses have already been examined before the learned Trial Court, and since remaining This is a digitally signed order. Needless to say, none of the parties shall be allowed to take any unnecessary adjournment(s) during the completion of the said time period. 6.
