263/2018 and not for the execution petition.
4. From the perusal of the file and the explanation of the Court Master it is forthcoming that the judgments in (O.M.P.)(COMM) 263/2018 and OMP (ENF.) (COMM.) 110/2018 were reserved on 28.04.2026 and the pronouncement of (O.M.P.)(COMM) 263/2018 was listed for 06.05.2026. On that date, both the judgements were pronounced in open court in the presence of learned counsel for the parties. (O.M.P.)(COMM) 263/2018 was allowed and the arbitral award was set aside and consequent thereto the execution petition was rendered infructuous. The judgements were signed and uploaded. Hence, no further orders are called for. The Court Master is
directed to remain vigilant in the future.
5. The petition stands disposed of.
