The petitioner has sold the plot on 25-5-2022 and has no objection for considering the petition to be infructuous. It is unfortunate that these facts have been not brought on record by the petitioner at the relevant time. Be that as it may, the petitioner has sold the plot and paid the amount due and payable to the respondent - Nagpur Improvement Trust. Nothing survives in the petition.
