By way of present joint application filed on behalf of the parties, the Court is informed that the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement vide Mediation Settlement dated 09.04.2026, before Delhi Mediation Centre, Rouse Avenue District Courts, New Delhi. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in compliance of the aforesaid Settlement Agreement, a cheque bearing No.801705 dated 14.04.2026 for a sum of Rs.5,00,000/-, drawn on Standard Chartered Bank, 23, Barakhamba Road, New Delhi-110001 is handed over to the respondent/workman towards full and final settlement, and assures its This is a digitally signed order.
