Punish the Contemnors/Respondent for willful disobedience of the order dated 03.11.2017 passed by the Learned. Presiding Officer, Delhi School Tribunal, Timarpur, New Delhi in Appeal No. 75 of 2016; and c. Such order(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit.” 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the matter has been settled in the main writ petition being, W.P.(C) 1536/2018 and compliances are taking place. In view of the same, he seeks leave to withdraw the present petition. 4. Leave granted. 5. The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.
