This is a petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following reliefs: a) “Allow the present Civil Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India; b) To issue the suitable and effective direction against the Respondent Authority mandating it to allot suitable piece of land to the petitioners according to their eligibility,…” 2. Ms. Takiar, learned standing counsel for DDA, states that all the jhuggis being the subject matter of the petitioner were removed in the year 2006 and all eligible allotees have been granted alternative accommodation.
