Present petition takes exception to order dated 25.04.2018 passed by learned Presiding Officer, University and College Tribunal, Aurangabad in Appeal No.BAMU-02/2018, whereby the application or interim relief i.e. stay to the order of termination came to be refused by learned College Tribunal. Since then, the appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution vide order dated 14.12.2021. 2. Although the petition is filed in order to assail said order, in the considered opinion of this Court, even if the appeal is restored, present petition cannot be allowed since services of the appellant/petitioner were terminated vide order dated 31.01.2018 and a period of over 8 and ½ years has been lapsed since the date of termination.
