The present second appeal is of the year 2018. Notice in the appeal was issued vide order dated 24.07.2019 without framing any substantial question of law. Since then, the appeal was not listed for a very long time. It was listed on 07.10.2024, when there was no appearance on behalf of the appellants. Application for bringing legal representatives of respondent No.1(i) was allowed on 21.10.2024. Order dated 14.11.2024 will demonstrate that the amendment was not carried out and therefore last chance was granted to the appellants to carry out amendment stating that in the event, the amendment is not carried out before the next date, appropriate order will be passed. 2. Thereafter, vide order dated 26.11.2024, it is recorded that appeal stood abated against the deceased respondent No.1(i). None appeared on behalf of the appellants even on second call on 27.04.2026. Appeal was ordered to be listed under the caption ‘for dismissal’ order for today i.e. 22.06.2026. Today also, even on second call, none appears on behalf of the appellants.
