By virtue of the present petition under Section 397 read with Section 401 and Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, the petitioner seeks setting aside of the order dated 27.04.2018 (impugned order) passed by the learned ASJ-02, West District, Tis Harari Courts, Delhi (ASJ) in Criminal Appeal No.68/2018 entitled ‘Monika vs. Vikram Sharma’, whereby the learned ASJ has directed the petitioner to pay Rs.15,000/- per month to the respondent as interim maintenance. 2. After some arguments, learned counsels for the parties without adverting to the merits involved, submit that the parties are agreeable if the interim maintenance as fixed by the learned ASJ is reduced to Rs.13,000/- per month w.e.f. 01.01.2026. 3. Accordingly, and since much water has flown since passing of the impugned order, the same is modified to the extent that w.e.f. 01.01.2026 This is a digitally signed order. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 12/03/2026 at 13:08:32 the petitioner shall pay an amount of Rs.13,000/- to the respondent before the 5th day of each month till the final disposal of Case No.5550510/2016 pending before the learned MM (Mahila Court-04), West District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi as interim maintenance. Needless to say, the said amount shall be subject to adjustments as per the final outcome thereof. 4. It is also clarified that the aforesaid modification is de hors the other terms and conditions and the time period involved in the impugned order. Therefore, as far as the arrears are concerned, learned counsels for the parties undertake to file a calculation sheet with respect to the amount(s) paid and/ or remaining to be paid, if any, from the date of accrual as per the impugned order, i.e. April, 2016, till 31.03.2026 before the concerned Court within a period of four weeks from today. 5.
