Heard learned Advocates for the parties. 02. Prayer clause (B) of the petition reads as under:- “By issuing appropriate writ, order or direction the respondent authority may kindly be directed to decide the claim of the petitioner in view of the provisions of the government resolution dated 12th of March, 2008 and 13th of August, 2014 and thereby directed to the respondent authority to issue the appointment order in favour of the petitioner on the post of Anganwadi Sevika. For that purpose necessary directions may kindly be issued.” 03. Considering the prayer, this Court finds that the petition can be allowed in terms of the said prayer. 2026:BHC-AUG:3848-DB ( 2 ) wp2801.18 04. Therefore, this Writ Petition is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B).
