Subsequently, pursuant to the transfer policy introduced by Government Resolution dated 18.06.2024, the petitioner participated in the transfer process and has been transferred from Zilla Parishad School, Sawargata, Panchayat Samiti, to Zilla Parishad School, Dhanora, Panchayat Samiti, Sindhewahi. In view of the subsequent development, no further grievance survives in the present petition. 2. In view of the aforesaid pursis, the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
