The order dated 22.05.2018, passed by the respondent No.2 – Deputy Director of Education is quashed and set aside. 4. The respondent No.2 – Deputy Director of Education before taking any decision shall adhere to the Government Resolution dated 23.08.2017 and the judgment passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 3183/2018 with connected matters.
