The matter pertains to the year 2018 and was not circulated after the petition was filed. The petitioner has sought the following reliefs in the writ petition: a. Rule be issue b. That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to call for record of the service of the Petitioner having in the custody of the Respondent No. 2 and 3. c. That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to give direction to Respondent No.4 to correct the pay scale of the Petitioner and send correct approval mentioning pay scale of grade i.e., 6500-10500 and make necessary changes in the service book of the Petitioner. 1 of 2 adn 22-WP-1451-2018.doc c. That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to give direction to Respondent No.7 to grant the Special Pay Scale i.e., Rs.410 of pay Scale under 365-760 as the petitioner has completed M. A. M. Ed and make necessary changes in the service book of the Petitioner. d. For the cost of the Petition be provided for e. Such other and further reliefs as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, be granted. 2. Considering the nature of the prayers in the petition, the learned AGP makes a statement that the grievance of the petitioner can be well addressed by the Grievance Redressal Committee in view of the Government Resolution dated 27th March 2024 and the order passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 1182 of 2024. 3. Keeping all rights and contentions of the parties open, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the said Grievance Redressal Committee within a period of eight weeks from today. If such grievance is filed, the said Committee shall decide the same on its own merits by passing a reasoned order within a period of eight weeks from the date of submission. 4.
