ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 2 18-08-2026 This Court vide order dated 26.07.2017 in C.W.J.C. No. 12643 of 2015 had passed the following order: “7. Considering the facts and circumstances, I dispose of this application with an observation that let the Managing Committee of the School be constituted within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.” 2. In the show cause filed by the opposite parties at Patna High Court MJC No.2452 of 2018(2) dt.18-08-2026 2/3 para 6, 7, 8 and 9, it is stated as under: “6. That it is submitted that as a further follow up, proposal constituting governing body Managing Committee had been received from the concerned president and it was accordingly that the Governing body and Managing Committee for the institution in question has also been registered by the Board and an communication to the said effect had also been issued vide letter no. BSEB (SS) Coll. Estab.87/D-2018 dated 07.03.2018. 7. That further in the aforesaid Managing Committee and governing body constituted for the institution in question, it was vide letter no. BSEB (SS)/Coll-Estab/2046/D-18 dated 29.11.2018 that Dr. Β.Ν. Viveka, Principal Harihar Sah College Udai Kishanganj, Madhepura had been nominated as member nominee on behalf of the Board. 8. That thus from the fact position stated hereinabove it would be manifest that the contention made by the petitioner stating that no regular Governing Body for the institution in question had been constituted is not true rather a false statement has been made by the petitioner. 9. That it is submitted though at the cost of repetition that the order passed by this Hon'ble Court in the connected writ petition had duly been complied in its true spirit and as such the present contempt petition is fit to be dropped.” Patna High Court MJC No.2452 of 2018(2) dt.18-08-2026 3/3 3.
