Order under contempt is of the year 2009 and the instant contempt petition has been filed in the year 2018, whereas period for filing contempt is one year only.
3. Presently, no one appears on behalf of the petitioner either to seek adjournment or to defend her case.
4. Hence, this Court has no option but to dismiss this case due to non-prosecution. Accordingly, this application is dismissed for non-prosecution.
