It is reported by the Learned counsel for the petitioner that he intends to withdraw the present case with a liberty to file a fresh application/representation before the concerned authority for consideration of his case in view of the judgment in the case of Manish Kumar Vs. State of Bihar & Ors. and other analogous cases, reported in AIR 2016 Patna 9. 2. Liberty is granted. 3. Therefore, the Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to make such Patna High Court MJC No.1882 of 2018(10) dt.20-08-2026 2/2 application/representation before the concerned authority within one month from the date of receipt of this order. In turn, the concerned authority shall consider the same in the light of the judgment in the case of Manish Kumar, as stated supra, and dispose of the same within a period of three months thereafter. 4.
