learned counsel for the proposed contemnor is present.

The present contempt petition has been preferred by the petitioner for willful disobedience of the order dated 19.09.2017 passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in CWJC No. 8428 of 2015, whereby the proposed contemnor No.2 was directed to conclude the Encroachment Case No. 7 of 2014-15 and take needful step as per law.
3. In the Show-cause filed on behalf of the proposed contemnor, it is stated that he has complied with the order. Not only Encroachment Case No. 7 of 2014-15 has been concluded, but even the encroachment has been removed after final order, having been passed in Encroachment Case No. 7 of 2014-15.
