ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 7 18-08-2026 This Court vide order dated 15.02.2012 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 3067 of 2012 has pased the following order: “Let the petitioner filed a representatin supported by all relevant documents in his possessin together with a copy of the present order for payment of dues constituting the post retiral dues within five weeks whereafter the said respondent (Chief of Administratin of the Corporation) shall examine the said claim of the petitioner in accordance Patna High Court MJC No.355 of 2018(7) dt.18-08-2026 2/2 with law and authorize all admissible dues in favour of the petitioner and/or any other heir of the deceased employee found entitled to receive such benefits. Such decisin must be taken by the said respondent within three months from the date of receipt/productin of a copy of this order alongwith the representation.” 2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party submits that pursuant to the said order, the petitioner had filed a representation and the same was disposed of vide memo no. 1465 dated 12.04.2018. 3.
