Application has been filed for quashing the order dated 30.01.2017 passed by the learned Sub Divisional Magistrate, Areraj at Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Trial No. 1736 of 2017, arising out of Complaint Case No.- C- 1771 of 2016 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present application may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to take all the points, as raised in this petition, before the learned Trial Court at appropriate stage in accordance with law.
