This petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 30.05.2017 passed by learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-IV, Sasaram in connection with Cr. Rev. No. 82 of 2005 . 3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to take steps for redressal of his grievance, before the learned Trial Court at appropriate stage in accordance with law.
