Application has been filed for quashing the order dated 22.03.2017 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar, in connection with Buxar (T) P.S. Case No. 382 of 2016. 3. As per the report submitted by the learned Trial Court, the Sessions Trial No. 191 of 2024 arising out of Buxar (T) P.S. Case No. 382 of 2016 is pending for argument. 4. In view thereof, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present application may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to take all the points, as raised in this Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69354 of 2018(3) dt.30-06-2026 2/2 petition, before the learned Trial Court at appropriate stage in accordance with law. 4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner. 5.
