Application has been filed for quashing the order dated 09.05.2018 passed by the learned Sub- Judge 16-cum-A.C.J.M.-15, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Complaint Case No. 3065 of 2016, Tr. No. 3495 of 2017 , whereby and whereunder learned Trial Court took cognizance under Sections 420 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code against Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53559 of 2018(6) dt.29-06-2026 2/2 the petitioners. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present application may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to take all the points, as raised in this petition, before the learned Trial Court at appropriate stage in accordance with law. 4.
