The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing the order dated 05.06.2018 passed by the learned A.C.J.M.-IX, Gopalganj in Tr. No. 1213 of 2018, arising out of Uchkagaon P.S. Case No. 26 of 2013 by which petition filed by the petitioners under Section 209 Cr.P.C. was rejected. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70079 of 2018(3) dt.02-07-2026 2/2 case may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to take all the points raised in the petition before the learned Trial Court at the appropriate stage. 4.
