The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing the order 31.05.2017 passed by the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge 1st Cum Special Judge, Bettiah, West Champaran in SC/ST Bettiah P.S. Case No. 46 of 2016, corresponding to T.R. No. 77 of 2017 by which cognizance was taken against the petitioners for the offences under Sections 504, 506 of the I.P.C. and Sections 3(1)(r) of the SC/ST Act. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70344 of 2018(3) dt.02-07-2026 2/2 3. As per the report of the learned Trial Court, vide Letter No. 316 dated 08.05.2026, SC/ST Bettiah P.S. Case No. 46 of 2016, T.R. No. 77 of 2017 has already been disposed of on 22.09.2021. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this case has become infructuous, accordingly, the same may be disposed of. 5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioners. 6.
