2. The present Cr. Misc. Application has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. for quashing the order dated 08.05.2018 passed by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj in connection with Bahadurganj P.S. Case No.156 of 2017 by which cognizance was taken against the accused persons including the petitioners under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 504, 506 & 34 of the I.P.C.
3. As per the report dated 07.04.2026, submitted by the learned Trial Court, the proceedings against the petitioners, namely, Hakimuddin @ Md. Hakimuddin and Rakimuddin was
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65819 of 2018(4) dt.29-06-2026 2/2 dropped due to their death.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this case has become infructuous, accordingly, he prays that the present case may be disposed of.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioners.
6. Considering the submissions of learned counsel for the parties and the report submitted by the concerned Court, the present Cr. Misc. Application stands disposed of having become infructuous.
