This petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 26.10.2018 passed by learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-I, Muzaffarpur in Sessions Trial No. 526 of 2018, arising out of Kanti P.S. Case No. 98 of 2018. 3. Learned counsel for the informant submits that prosecution witnesses have already been examined and the case is running for examination of defence witnesses. 4. In view thereof, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to take all the points as raised in this petition, before the learned Trial Court at appropriate stage in accordance with Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.74964 of 2018(2) dt.29-06-2026 2/2 law. 5. Learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant have no objection to this prayer of the petitioner. 6.
