The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing the order dated 07.06.2010 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Patna in Complaint Case No. 1254 (C) of 2010 by which cognizance was taken against the petitioners for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 323, 406 of the I.P.C. 3.
