Manisha and Others) pending in the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna to the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Begusarai or at any appropriate Court because the petitioner has reasonable/serious apprehension that she will not be able to contest the case at Patna properly because of consistent threat given by the opposite party and also inconvenience to contesting the case in Patna Court, which will be pre judicial to her interest.” 3. In the presence of Mr. Vivekanand Singh, Mr. Patna High Court MJC No.5212 of 2018(5) dt.25-06-2026 2/2 Shivam Gupta representing Mr. Saket Tiwary submits that the opposite party has already preferred a petition for withdrawal of the Matrimonial Case No. 1393 of 2017 against the petitioner. The said facts have been put on record by way of affidavit after service of copy to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
