The present application has been preferred for the following relief(s): That through this application the petitioner seeks transfer of matrimonial case No. 212/2017 from the Court of principal Judge, Family Court, Vaishali at Hajipur to the Court of principal judge, Family Court Katihar where Maintenance case filed by the petitioner is pending and further a case U/s. 498 A I.PC. is also pending at Katihar and the petitioner will face difficulty and the threat of life, she will not be able to make pairvee of the case Properly at Vaishali which invariably would lead to injustice. And for any other relief (s) for which the petitioner is found to be entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case. 3. Earlier, notice was issued to the opposite party and the

The contention of the lady in the present case is that after her marriage in the year 2014, she was tortured for dowry and finally had to leave the place in the year 2017. A complaint was filed and cognizance taken under Section 498 of the IPC and in the meantime, the present Matrimonial Case No. 212 of 2017 has been preferred before the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Vaishali at Hajipur. 5. The further contention is that she do not have any economic support and as such, it is impossible for her to attend the Matrimonial case from Katihar to Vaishali. 6. As recorded above, the sole opposite party has already put in his appearance through Vakalatnama. 7.
In that background, MJC No. 3085 of 2018 is disposed of with the direction that the Matrimonial Case No. 212 of 2017 shall be transferred from the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Vaishali at Hajipur to the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Katihar with liberty to both the parties to either present themselves physically or through video conferencing. 8.
