The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing the order dated 14.07.2017 passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Jamui in connection with Complaint Case No. 314C of 2017 by which cognizance was taken against the petitioners for the offences punishable under Section 498A of the I.P.C. and Section ¾ of the D.P. Act. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this case may be disposed of with liberty to petitioners to take all the Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59471 of 2018(3) dt.16-06-2026 2/2 points raised in the petition before the Trial Court at the appropriate stage. 4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioners. 5.
