2. The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing the order dated 24.01.2018 passed by the learned A.C.J.M.-III, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Andhramath P.S. Case No. 24 of 2016 (G.R. No. 509 of 2016) by which cognizance was taken against the petitioners for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 147, 504 of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59278 of 2018(3) dt.16-06-2026 2/2 I.P.C. Later on, Section 302 of the I.P.C was added.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this case may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to take all the points raised in the petition before the Trial Court at the appropriate stage.
4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioners.
5. Accordingly, the present case is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners, as prayed for.
