CMP No.22422 of 2026 By way of this application, a prayer has been made to substitute the names of legal heirs of deceased decree holder/respondent No.1(a) Usha Devi and respondent No.3 Mohini Devi. As per the copy of order dated 03.06.2025 passed by the learned Additional District Judge(1), Una, District Una, H.P. which has been annexed with the application, Smt. Usha Devi has left behind her two sons namely, Mohinder Pal and Sandeep Kumar and Smt. Mohini Devi has left behind her son Pushpant Raizada. 2. As per the earlier application filed by the applicants/decree holders, it was stated that decree holders, namely Shri Rajpal, Bhupender Singh and Mohini Devi are entitled to 1/3rd share. However, after death of Rajpal, Mohinder Pal and Sandeep Kumar are entitled to get half share each out of 1/3rd share. Since Mohini Devi has also died, as evident from perusal of the aforesaid order dated 03.06.2025 passed by the learned Additional District Judge(1), Una, District Una, H.P., Shri Pushpant Raizada, who is stated to be her legal heir on the basis of the will is entitled to 1/3rd share. 3. Keeping in view the order dated 03.06.2025 passed by the learned Additional District Judge(1), Una, District Una, H.P., the Registry is directed to remit the amount in the shares of applicants/decree holders as mentioned in para 8 of the application and the account numbers mentioned in the earlier application CMP No.9549 of 2026.
