The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing the order dated 28.09.2018 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Aurangabad in Cr. Appeal No. 61 of 2018 to the extent that if 20% of the compensation amount is not deposited within stipulated time of 60 days from the order, the bail bonds of the appellant shall automatically stand cancelled in connection with Complaint Case No. 125 of 2018. 3. As per the report of the Court concerned, vide letter no. 62/2026 dated 20.02.2026, it is informed that Complaint Case No. 125 of 2018 has already been disposed off on Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71835 of 2018(4) dt.14-05-2026 2/2 13.07.2024 through Lok Adalat, Aurangabad. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case has become infructuous, accordingly, the same may be disposed of. 5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner. 6.
