CRMP No.2107 of 2026 Applicant is respondent No.3 in main appeal. For non- compliance of order dated 25.05.2018, whereby he was directed to furnish bail bonds, non-bailable warrants were issued against him. However, as he was found in District Jail Neemka, Faridabad, he was directed to be detained in the said jail till further direction of this Court. After getting bail in the case for which he was detained in District Jail Neemka, Faridabad, he has been transferred to District Jail, Mandi. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is ready to furnish bail bonds, including personal bonds and surety bonds, in terms of directions passed by this Court and, therefore, he may be permitted to furnish bail bonds and thereafter be ordered to be enlarged on bail. Respondent No.3-applicant has been acquitted by the Trial Court along with other three respondents. The other respondents have already furnished personal bonds and, in view of the undertaking given in the bonds, they have been enlarged on bail during the pendency of the appeal, subject to surrender for serving the sentence in case the appeal is allowed. In the aforesaid terms, respondent No.3-applicant is also directed to furnish personal bonds in the sum of Rs.1,00,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court, undertaking therein to appear before the Court concerned as and when directed to do so and also, to surrender for serving the sentence in case the appeal is allowed. On furnishing such bail bonds, he is directed to be enlarged on bail during the pendency of the appeal. Bail bonds so furnished shall be transmitted by the Trial Court to the Registry of this Court for placing the same on record. Parties are permitted to produce a copy of this order downloaded from the web-page of the High Court of Himachal Pradesh before the Court below and the Court below shall not insist for production of a certified copy of order, rather, the Court below shall verify passing of this order from the web-page of the High Court. Application is allowed and disposed of in aforesaid terms. CR.A No.187 of 2018 For completion, matter be listed before Additional Registrar (Judicial) in the week commencing from 13.07.2026.
