Mr. Parmod Thakur, Advocate, for the applicant. CMP No. 31240 of 2025 The application is allowed and delay in refiling CMP No. 31237 of 2025, after removing the objections, is ordered to be condoned. The application is, thus, disposed of. CMP No. 31239 of 2025 By way of present application, indulgence of this Court has been sought to discharge the guardian of the applicant, i.e. the father of the applicant. As per the averments made in the application, applicant Nikita Mangal has now attained majority. In order to demonstrate the said fact, copy of matriculation certificate of the applicant, has also been annexed with the application, according to which, her date of birth is 14.8.2025. In view of above, the application, under consideration, is allowed and the guardian of the applicant is discharged. The application is, thus, disposed of. CMP No. 31237 of 2025 By way of present application, indulgence of this Court has been sought to release the amount of compensation, awarded to the applicant, in the present case. In the appeal preferred by the appellant-Insurance Company, the amount awarded by the learned MACT, Sundernagar, District Mandi, has been reduced. As per the submissions made by learned counsel for the applicant, the amount of compensation has been deposited, in the Registry. In view of order dated 13.10.2020, wherein it has been held that judgment dated 13.8.2019, passed by this Court, in FAO No. 294 of 2019 and connected matters, including the present appeal, has now attained finality, the present application is allowed and the amount of compensation, alongwith up-to-date interest, is ordered to be released, in favour of the applicant. The amount, so released, shall be remitted to the bank account of the applicant, particulars of which, have been mentioned, in para-5 of the application. The application is, thus, disposed of.
