1. By way of filing the instant criminal misc. petition, a challenge has been led to FIR No.156/2017 registered with Police Station Atalband, District Bharatpur for the offences under Sections 403, 406, 420, 424 and 120-B IPC.
2. At the outset, learned Public Prosecutor, on the basis of the factual report received from the Station House Officer, Police Station, Atalband, Bharatpur, submits that after investigation, Police has submitted final report negative before the Court of Judicial Magistrate No.2, Bharatpur on 16.12.2017, hence, under these circumstances, no cause of action survives with the

3. Considering the above factual aspect of the matter, the instant criminal misc. petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. The stay application as well as all pending applications, if any, also stand dismissed.
4. Factual report furnished by the Station House Officer, Police Station, Atalband, Bharatpur is ordered to be retained on the record.
