CMP No.362 of 2026 By way of the present application, applicant/appellant No.2 namely, Ms.Arjoo Pathania has prayed for release of the amount. The applicant has also placed on record certificate of secondary Education (Class- X), perusal of which reveals that she is born on 09.02.2005. Since the appeal has been decided on 03.09.2019 and applicant/appellant No.2 has attained the age of majority, there is no impediment to release the amount in her favour. Accordingly, the present application is allowed and the amount falling to the share of applicant/appellant No.2 is ordered to be released in her favour along-with up- to-date interest accrued thereon and the same may be transmitted in her bank account, details whereof have been mentioned in para 5 of the application.
