CRMP-1111 of 2026 By way of instant application, prayer has been made on behalf of applicant/respondent for release of amount lying deposited with the Registry of this Court on account of maintenance. No reply is intended to be filed on behalf of non-applicant/petitioner. Learned counsel representing the non-applicant/petitioner fairly states that amount, as is sought to be released, may be released. In view of afore fair stand adopted by learned counsel representing the non-applicant/petitioner, coupled with the fact that amount of maintenance otherwise belongs to applicant/respondent, this Court sees no impediment in accepting the prayer made in the instant application and as such, amount lying deposited with the Registry of this Court is ordered to be released in favour of applicant/respondent by remitting the same in her saving bank account, detail whereof is mentioned in Para No.5 of the application.
