2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s): That, the present contempt petition is
directed for detterent punishment to the respondent contemnors for committing of offence of contept of this Hon'ble court wy way of sacndilisat on and for willful dis-obedience of the order passed by Man Hon'ble Justice Navaaniti Prasad singh of this Hon'ble court in C.W.J.C.No. 1377 of 2010 and M.J.C. No. 1788/2011 by which the respondent
Patna High Court MJC No.792 of 2018(3) dt.06-05-2026 2/2 contemnors specifically contemnor was directed to pay the dues amout of the petitioner within prescribed time, but the contemnors have not paid the dues amount affter passing the prescribed time and violated the order passed by the Hon'ble court.
3. A show cause has come on behalf of the opposite part nos. 2 to 4 and learned counsel for the University has taken this Court to Annexure-A to show that Rs. 21,92,795/- has been released to the petitioner.
