3. The show cause of the opposite party shows that
Patna High Court MJC No.1316 of 2018(3) dt.07-05-2026 2/2 the Lalit Narayan Mithila University, Darbhanga under the signature of Registrar dated 05.07.2019 examined the claim of the petitioner and informed that the Group Insurance and DDA with interest have already been paid and as such, the claim stands settled.
4. The copy was served upon the learned counsel for the petitioner in the year 2021 and there is no rebuttal.
5. Granting liberty to the petitioner to agitate the matter, if any grievance still remains, the present contempt petition stands disposed of.
