The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s): “for initiation of contempt proceeding against the contemnors/opposite parties for their Patna High Court MJC No.4075 of 2018(7) dt.05-05-2026 2/2 willful disobedience of the order dated 05.03.2018 passed in CWJC No. 326 of 2015.” 3. The Writ Court directed payment of honorarium from April 2013 till they are removed. 4. A show-cause has come on behalf of the Joint Secretary, PRD, Bihar Patna and learned State counsel has taken this Court to annexure-8 to show that the payments through the cheque has been made to the petitioners. 5.
