The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing the order dated 12.07.2018 passed by the learned Court of Elected M.P. and MLA/MLC, Bihar, Patna whereby the petition dated 22.05.2018 filed by the petitioner was rejected in connection with Special Case No. 56 of 2018, arising out of S.Tr. (Gaya) No. 334 of 2015 in Nimchak Bathani P.S. Case No. 21 of 2013. 3. As per the report of the Court concerned, vide letter no. 228 dated 16.04.2026, it is informed that Nimchak Bathani P.S. Case No. 21 of 2013 has already been disposed of on 19.01.2021. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66848 of 2018(3) dt.11-05-2026 2/2 case has become infructuous, accordingly, the same may be disposed of. 5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner. 6.
