This petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 16.08.2017 passed by learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in Trial No. 858 of 2017, arising out of Patrakar Nagar P.S. Case No. 194 of 2017, whereby and whereunder the concerned Court took cognizance u/s 419, 420, 406, 468, 274, 275, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 27(A), 17(B), 18(A), (II), 18(C), 36AC of the Drugs and Cosmetics (Amended) Act, 2008 against the petitioner. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to take all the objections in the Trial Court at appropriate stage. Patna High Court CR.
