The present application has been preferred: for initiation of contempt of court proceeding against the opposite parties for willful and deliberate disobedience of the Patna High Court MJC No.4276 of 2018(6) dt.02-04-2026 2/2 order of this Court dated 11.04.2018 in CWJC No. 4994 of 2018 by Hon'ble Mr. Justice Anil Kumar Upadhyay. The petitioner also prays for conviction of the opposite parties and award of exemplary sentence to the opposite parties for their willful and deliberate disobedience of the order and direction of this Hon'ble Court. 3. The show cause of the University shows that a sum of Rs. 21,88,852/- has been paid for the period 01.11.1996 to 28.02.2013 towards the salary arrear. 4. Learned Senior Counsel submits that the interest part has been missed out and as such, he will be agitating the same before appropriate Court. 5.
